The Work
The cinema network depended on third-party partners to produce every email campaign. This dependency limited creative control, slowed deployment, and left templates visually outdated across multiple chains.
Establish a standardized, internally owned email design system that modernizes the visual identity and enables scalable campaign deployment across the entire cinema network without external reliance.
Redesigned the full template system with a clear visual hierarchy, introduced dynamic content features including trailer links and release dates, and structured the system for consistent multi-brand deployment.
