A growing gym chain had a website that did not keep pace with its expansion, resulting in low engagement, unclear membership plans, and corporate wellness partnerships that existed only on social media, remaining invisible to anyone visiting the site.
Redesign the landing page to convert visitors into members by leading with brand energy, clarifying plan options, and bringing corporate wellness partnerships onto the page as trust signals.
Restructured the page hierarchy around the decision-making flow of a potential member. This involved elevating the hero section, organizing plans for direct comparison, highlighting the affiliate program, and surfacing Gympass, Totalpass, and Gurupass as visible credibility anchors.
